Looking for Lobster? If so, Lure is the place to be this week as the Midtown maritime mainstay celebrates its annual Lobster Week. The special Lobster Week menu will be offered a la carte during dinner only from Wednesday, January 18, through Saturday, January 28.
To begin, guests can choose from a variety of sea-worthy starters, including farro verde with lobster, avocado, pickled carrots, fennel and Thai basil puree; ricotta gnocchi with lobster knuckles, tarragon and breadcrumbs; and the traditional lobster roll, made with Lure’s house made Hawaiian rolls and butter-poached lobster.
The classic “lobster pour,” which features a whole lobster, fingerling potatoes, corn and Cippolini onions, will headline the main course menu alongside seasonal lobster dishes and longtime guest favorites, like lobster rice porridge with crispy pork belly, scallions and leeks, and risotto bianco featuring lobster, espelette pepper and celery leaf and fennel salad.
