Saturday, 20 residents of The Stacks Lofts opened their homes to the public for the yearly Lofts & Artists Tour. During this tour, non residents are invited to walk into ones home and view it along with the art of an assigned artist. It’s interesting to see how each home is decorated as well as each lofts unique features.
This year, I went on the historic tour, which gave some very interesting background information of the Fulton Cotton Mills. As we walked from building to building, up and down the stairwells we could really visualize what it was like in the early years of the Cotton Mill. A lot of the original structure was incorporated into the design of the loft homes, making it very unique. The Stacks is a very beautiful place. Next year, be sure to check the tours out.
