Restaurant Review: Créma Espresso Gourmet

IMG_4489.JPG

This morning, I was in search of a coffee shop that I haven’t been to. So I pulled up my trusty Yelp App and searched for coffee shops in the Dunwoody area. Amongst the many Starbucks locations was Créma Espresso Gourmet. Their reviews from previous customers were very good. To top it off, they were offering a free Roma Cappuccino or Roma Latte with a Yelp check-in. Perfect! With that, my destination was set.

As I pulled up, the parking lot was full. This must be the place to be. I parked, went inside, and was greeted with a lovely smile from the cashier. The decor was french inspired and was very appealing. Their menu offered an array of pasties, sandwiches, quiches, and expresso. I ordered the Roma Latte sweeten with honey and a Butter Croissant.

As I waited for my order to be completed, I walked around. I discovered a photo gallery down a small hallway featuring the works of David Goldsmith. The photos were taken over the course of forty years, when his family moved to France in 1971. His gallery was a great compliment to the theme of the coffee shop.

My order was complete and I was on my way. The Latte was really good. The croissant was awesome. It was buttery and flaky as a croissant should be. I look forward to returning to try other menu items.
