Spelman College of Fine Art held the opening reception of Maren Hassinger’s Dreaming exhibit tonight. I absolutely loved it! The exhibit included installations using unconventional items such as newspapers, leaves, plastic bags, and branches. Her work examines the connection between nature and industrialism beautifully.
