A few days ago the Atlanta Braves played their final game at Turner Field. Their brand new stadium, Suntrust Park, is being build in Cobb County. Set to be complete in Spring of next year. While it is uncertain the final fate of Turner Field, this past Saturday it was the location of the 6th and final Great Atlanta Beer Fest at the baseball park. This year, beer fans had the opportunity to enjoy their cold craft beer on the field. Over 200 breweries were represented in Saturday’s beer festival.
I enjoyed just kicking back in the stands, catching up with my fellow beer lovers, and sipping on my favorite craft beer. It was pretty awesome! The next Atlanta Beer Festival event is Boos and Brews on October 29th. Be there!
