I think I just ate a whole head of cauliflower. 👀 This is what happens when I’m testing recipes for #NationalVeganMonth. Today, I’m working with Tumeric Salt from @JadaChickenSalt. It’s vegan as well as free of gluten, preservatives, msg, and peanuts. More importantly, its good! I would totally put a few shakes on a bowl of freshly popped popcorn! Yummy. So today I’m looking at a head of cauliflower in the fridge that’s begging to be a part of Friday’s test kitchen. I decided today is the day Mr. Cauliflower. You’re in the game! Lol. I won at lunch today because of the amazing teamwork of Cauliflower and Turmeric Salt. Which is why ate a head cauliflower for lunch. It was that good!! Get the Recipe!👇🏾 ************************************ Turmeric Fried Cauliflower 1 head of cauliflower (wash & remove florets) 1/4 cup arrowroot 1 tbs vegan egg substitute 1 1/2 cup water 1 cup white cornmeal 1 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Salt (@jadachickensalt) Vegetable oil for frying •Combine arrowroot, neat egg, and water in large bowl.
