This evening, I had the chance to attend Hippie-ness Fest in Sylvania, Ohio. It was a fun and family-friendly way to celebrate peace and love through music and art.
Hippie-ness Fest is part of the First Friday series in downtown Sylvania, where local businesses and organizations host themed events every month. The Hippie-ness Fest theme was perfect for the summer vibe, and the whole town was decked out in colorful decorations, tie-dye, and flower crowns.
The festival featured two stages with live music from local bands, such as The Melting Pot and Tranquility, who played classic rock and folk tunes that make festival goers feel nostalgic. There were also several vendors selling handmade crafts, jewelry, clothing, and food.
I had such a wonderful time at Hippie-ness Fest, and I’m so glad I stopped by.✌🏾❤️
