It’s Star Wars Day! The first movie I ever saw in the theater was The Return of the Jedi. My dad took me and I was beyond excited. I was a little girl with Afro puffs, mesmerized by the way of the Jedi. These movies are just the best! On May 25th, Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters for another amazing anthology. Until then, I sip on this intergalactic cocktail fit for the finest Jedi. What’s your favorite movie in the Star War series?
Drink This You Will
1/2 teaspoon matcha
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 oz organic agave nectar
1 1/2 oz 100% agave tequila blanco
1 lime quartered
5 mint leaves
smoked salt to salt rim.
ice
Combine hot water and matcha and whisk; sit inside refrigerator to cool.
Muddle lime and mint in shaker.
Add matcha tea, tequila, agave nectar, and ice.
Shake.
Pour into ice filled glass, with salted rim.
Garnish with mint leaf.
