So it’s Friday night and you’re in the mood for a great burger. But you also have a taste for some sushi. Dilemma! I have the perfect place for you to enjoy the best of both worlds. The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar! Ten years ago, restaurant owners, Marcus Hall and Alan Springate, came up with the idea of marrying these two delicious foods. With four locations including Charlotte, Raleigh, and Orlando, this one-of-a-kind dining experience has been bringing friends and family together.
Thursday night I was invited to a Food Blogger Appreciation Dinner at their fourth and newest location in Atlanta. It’s been open for a couple months and I still hadn’t made my way there. So I was pretty excited to check it out. I took my daughter as my guest. She loves sushi!! As do I.
The menu is amazing! And the presentation was even more amazing. Just beautiful! Just look for yourself!
But first let us partake in a libation or two! They presented us with a very attractive selection. I chose the Skinny Gonzales. It’s their skinny twist on a margarita, with Espolón Tequila Blanco, Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach, fresh squeezed lime, and POM juice! Oh yeah! I highly recommend it! So good!!
