Today’s Summer Cockail Series is inspired by the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse, happening August 21, 2017. A solar eclipse occurs when the moon passes between the sun and the earth, causing the moon to partially or fully block the sun. Tomorrow’s historical eclipse will be visible across the entire contingent United States. It’s a pretty big deal!! Are you ready?? There are tons of hotels and restaurants in almost every city, hosting Solar Eclipse Viewing Parties. If you’re hosting a party of your own, I have an out-of-this-world cocktail that will definitly be a crowd pleaser.
You’re gonna want to start with a good quality vodka. I suggest Purity Vodka. It’s amazing.

Day of Totality
1 oz Purity Vodka
1 oz Blackberry Acai Juice
1 TBSP Chambord Raspberry Liquor
1 egg white
1 frozen orange juice sphere
Combine Blackberry Acai Juice, Chambord, and egg white in to shaker.
Shake for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake for about 5 more seconds.
Pour into glass, topping with egg white foam.
Place frozen orange juice sphere carefully on top of foam.
Sip & Enjoy
