The Midwest’s largest lobster and seafood festival landed in Detroit, Michigan today. The Great American Lobster Festival kicked off their 3 day festival in a most delicious way. I was excited to be in attendance to take part in the Lobster Meal Experience. And oh what a delicious experience it was.
The festival was presented by Lobster Gram, who flew in live lobster from the cold waters of the East Coast. This lobster was AMAZING! It tasted so sweet and fresh. I enjoyed the whole lobster and lobster roll meal options. Yes, I’m greedy! Each came with potatoes and a piece of corn. So TASTY!
In addition to the Lobster Meal options, guests of the festival could also enjoyed lobster creations from several vendors. We’re talking Lobster Mac & Cheese, Lobster Fries, and Lobster Tacos! While noshing on your lobster be sure to stop and enjoy the live music line-up. This is even is family friendly so bring the kids! Did I mention that the Great American Lobster Festival is free to attend? Yes! Admission is free! You do have to options of purchasing The Lobster Meal Experience, which I highly recommend, or you can purchase food tickets to get food from any of the amazing vendors.
