Have you ever had a taste for dessert but didn’t have time to make a whole pie or cake? It happens to me all the time! With it being peach season, I thought this Quick & Easy Peaches & Cream would hit the spot. My local farmers had a beautiful selection of Georgia peaches so I already had some on hand. This recipe calls for a tablespoon of bourbon, so I used one of my favorite bourbon brands, Woodford Reserve. If you’re not a fan of peaches, you could easily substitute them with apples or pears. The best part of this recipe is that it takes about 10 minutes to make! Enjoy!

Peaches & Cream
1 serving
1 peach, sliced
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs bourbon
1/2 tsp salted unsalted butter
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Put everything into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes. Stir frequently.
Remove from heat.
Serve with ice cream & toasted pecans.
