Midtown Restaurant Week 10th Anniversary Tweet Up #MRW2015 #MRW #MRWTURNS10

It’s Midtown Restaurant Week!! Yay! This year Midtown Restaurant Week celebrates their tenth year of serving up culinary excellence. It’s the perfect time to explore Midtown’s favorite restaurants.

Last week, Atlanta food bloggers were invited for a sneak peek of this year’s offerings for an exclusive Midtown Restaurant Week Tweet Up.

Our first stop was Mi Cocina. This upscale Tex-Mex restaurant puts “emphasis on using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients complemented by warm, friendly and professional service”. You definitely got that feel as soon as you walked through the doors. I walked in and was immediately greeted with four smiling face. When I walked up the beautiful stairway and reached the top, I was again greet with smiling faces. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.
Mi Cocina had prepared a very nice spread of food for us and it look absolutely delicious. But the first order of business was having a cocktail! Our waiter brought out one of their signature mojitos, the La Cubana. This cocktail made with Bacardi Silver Rum, Muddled Lime, and Mint was fantastic! I’ll be back for another one of those!
