THANK YOU FOR A FANTASTIC 2015! LET’S GET THE PARTY STARTED WITH A COCKTAIL!

We are just hours away from the beginning of a whole new year. Where in the world did 2015 go?? This year certainly passed by quickly. 2015 was a very interesting year for me. I’ve started some great business relationships, volunteered with some awesome organizations, and gained some very supportive friendships. This year, my little blog of mine became a reality and blossomed beautifully.  I love what I do! 2016 will bring much more from me. Hold on to your seats!

I would like to thank a few people that made my year pretty awesome!

Atlanta Food Bloggers’ Society

The Baddish Group

Sprouts Farmers Market

The Giving Kitchen

Atlanta Beer Boutique

Four Roses Bourbon

The Reynolds Group

To bring in the new year, I’ll leave 2015 behind with a tasty cocktail! I was in Cost Plus World Market earlier today and pick up a couple items that were on sale. I grabbed a bottle of Barsmith Honey Ginger Cocktail Syrup and some a bottle of Fentimans Ginger Beer. I already had some Four Roses Bourbon at home that I used in a previous recipe so I was all set to make a Kentucky Mule. It’s really good and a fantastic way to bring in the new year.

Kentucky Mule
Serves 1

2 oz Four Roses Bourbon ( or your favorite bourbon)

1 oz  Bar Smith Honey Ginger Cocktail Syrup

2 oz Fentiman Ginger Beer

Squeeze of lime

Ice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.

Shake.

Pour into glass.

Enjoy!
Be safe and drink responsibly!

Happy New Year! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
