Peach Blackberry Kale Salad
w/ Honey Lemon Vinaigrette


•2 bunches kale, stems removed
•1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped
•1 cup blackberries

•1 garlic clove
•1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
•1 tbsp raw honey
•1/2 tsp sea salt
•1/4 tsp black pepper
•1/2 cup olive oil
•Juice from 1 lemon

Add all of your ingredients to blender, and blend until completely smooth.

Rip the kale into small pieces, and then use your hands to massage the dressing into the leaves until they are tender and slightly wilted. Toss chopped peach and blackberries and allow the salad to marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
