Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 24
Ingredients
1 cup salted butter, softened
½ cup sugar
1 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions •Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
•Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until it is nice and fluffy
•Add both eggs and vanilla. Beat for an additional 2 minutes on medium.
•Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour until cookie batter is fully incorporated.
•Add chocolate chips and Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries. Mix with wooden spoon.
•On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put a tablespoon scoop of cookies batter. Be sure the space them out to give them room to spread.
•Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
